Delete your Hatki data

Today: no account, data on your phone

Hatki works without an account. Your progress (levels, stars, acorns, settings) is stored only on your phone.

To delete it: uninstall the game, or open Android Settings → Apps → Hatki → Storage → Clear data.

Technical data

The game sends crash reports and a random installation ID to Google Firebase, which processes them on our behalf. Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.

To ask us to delete this data sooner, write to privacy@owlfold.com with the subject “Hatki data deletion”. We reply within 30 days.

When accounts arrive

If you sign in later (to play with family or keep progress across phones), you will be able to delete your account and all data linked to it in the game: Settings → Account → Delete account, or by writing to the same address. Nothing is kept after deletion.
